Despite the beautiful surroundings and helpful staff, my stay at Sanur Art Villas was a bit disappointing. The villa was spacious but the room needed a makeover and was not very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was below average, which was a letdown for me. However, the staff was the highlight, being friendly and accommodating, especially with my vegetarian preferences. The lack of variety in the menu might not suit all guests, but for me, it was sufficient. The free shuttle service to the beach was a nice touch, although the location was a bit isolated.the experience was mixed, with room for improvement in terms of room quality and dining options. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, but the overall stay did not meet my expectations.
